Sales & BD Decks

Sales decks built for how decisions actually get made.

Customer-facing presentations are rarely a one-way pitch. They’re a back-and-forth. Decks get questioned in the meeting, forwarded to the stakeholder who wasn’t in it, and re-read before the decision. We design decks that hold up through all of it.

The best feedback we get isn’t about the design. It’s that our clients walk into the room excited to present.

What’s included:

  1. 01

    Discovery Decks

First-meeting presentations that frame the problem and earn the second meeting, without overselling the answer.

  2. 02

    Capabilities Overviews

The who-we-are deck. It shows what you do, proves you do it well, and explains why that matters to this buyer.

  3. 03

    Case Study Layouts

Client stories structured as evidence. Situation, work, and result are laid out to be believed, not skimmed past.

  4. 04

    Custom Proposals

Proposal documents that read cleanly for the person who was in the room and the one who signs.

  5. 05

    Leave-Behinds

The version that travels without you. It stays self-explanatory, phone-readable, and safe to forward.

How we think about sales decks

Decisions rarely happen in the meeting. They happen afterward, when your deck is forwarded to someone you’ve never spoken to, read on a phone, and judged in seconds. A sales deck has to make the argument twice: once with you presenting, and once entirely on its own.

That’s why we design for the back-and-forth. Slides answer the obvious objections before they’re raised, charts don’t need re-explaining, and the structure lets your team present with confidence because the deck can speak for itself.

Talk to us

Common questions

Our team presents the same deck in different ways. Can you handle that?

That’s usually a structure problem, not a people problem. We design the narrative so the core argument survives different presenters. For teams that ship variants constantly, the Custom engagement keeps an on-call partner behind them.

What do you need from us to start?

Whatever you sell with today. That usually means the current deck, proposals, case studies, and call notes. The engagement starts with a kickoff call, a content review, and narrative scoping before anything gets designed.

What do we get at delivery?

Final presentation files, speaker notes, and a branded template your team can extend without diluting the design.

Can we start smaller than a full engagement?

Yes. The $2,000 audit reviews your existing deck and delivers three priority fixes. $1,500 of it credits toward a full engagement booked within 60 days.
